Bert Roest began his organ lessons respectively with Mrs. and Mr. Rijnsaardt in Ridderkerk. He then studied organ with Mr. G. Stam. Currently, Mr. W. Blacquière is teaching him, while Mrs. T. Stam is giving piano lessons. With the valued help and guidance of these three individuals, he obtained his diploma for the State Examination main subject organ, certificates A and B. He accompanies several choirs on multiple occasions. On this CD, he is assisted by Corné Kersbergen as registrant.
