Ad Hoogendoorn
The organist on this sound carrier, Ad Hoogendoorn (born 27-3-1958) works in primary education in Waardenburg. In addition to his work, he enjoys music. At a young age, he took organ lessons from a local organist and he also studied for a number of years with John Propitius, organist of the Oude Kerk in Barneveld. He also regularly accompanies the Sunday service as one of the organists of the Reformed Church in Waardenburg.
He made two recordings for the "Kom Over en Help" Foundation. The first cassette tape was recorded in the Evangelical Lutheran Church in The Hague and the second recording took place in the Grote Kerk in Breda. The program of both recordings consisted of Dutch choral arrangements of psalms and hymns.
