Aldert Fuldner studied choral conducting with piano and organ as subsidiary subjects. Since October 2006, he has been the conductor of Jubilate. With Jubilate, he performs concerts with various themes. Some examples include 'Summertime' and 'Fiddler on the Roof'. Under his direction, versatile Christmas concerts are given. For instance, the Christmas oratorio 'A New Beginning' and the American Christmas musical 'The Kingdom Song' were performed. In 2011, in collaboration with Aldert's mixed choir 'Songs for You' from Beverwijk, 'The Promise of Christmas' was sung.
Aldert arranges and orchestrates a lot of music for his choirs himself. Much of the orchestral music for the concerts is also arranged by him. In addition to being the conductor of Jubilate, Aldert also conducts Songs for You in Beverwijk, the men's choir De Lofstem in Broek op Langedijk, and the Christian Residence Men's Choir in The Hague. Aldert is affiliated as an organist with the Pelgrimkerk in Haarlem and with several cemeteries in and around Haarlem.
