André Overbeeke (1964) has been the conductor of our choir since September 2003. As an organist, he has been associated with the Gereformeerde Gemeente in Nederland in Goes for over thirty years, where he plays the extensive hybrid organ with Hauptwerk.
In his daily life, André has been working as a mathematics teacher at the Calvijn College in Goes since 1989, teaching in the upper years of HAVO and VWO (higher secondary education levels).
Engaging in music together, "playing" with the choir members, collaborating with the regular choir organist Jacco, as well as playing the organ during worship services, gives him tremendous satisfaction.
