Cees Meijering has served as conductor of the mixed choir Con Amore from Opheusden for over thirty years. He was also the conductor of the children's choir for almost 35 years, and he thought it was time to pass on the baton. Johan Hulshof from Ede has taken Cees' place. Hulshof is a very enthusiastic conductor and is looking forward to working with Con Amore. Potential new members are welcome to take a look at our choir, without obligation, which rehearses every Tuesday evening from 8 to 10 o'clock in the Eltheto association building.
