Jubilate Deo Woudenberg
The Christian mixed singing association Jubilate Deo was founded on September 2, 1965. Since its inception, the association has included two choirs, the Great Choir and the Children's Choir. The Senior Choir also started in 1996. The Children's Choir was disbanded in March 2013.

The Jubilate Deo choir rehearses weekly on Monday evenings from 7:45 PM to 9:45 PM (with the exception of the Christmas and summer holidays). We rehearse in the Maranatha Church (Frans Halslaan 21) in Woudenberg. New members are welcome at any time to come and see us and sing along with us, without any obligation.
Conductor

Marco den Toom has been our conductor since 2005. Marco den Toom (1978) graduated from the Utrecht Conservatory and attended various master classes. Soon after his professional training, he built a career as an independent musician. His musicianship is characterized by a idiosyncratic but above all spontaneous approach. In addition to his love for the organ - and his mission to popularize this instrument - he has managed to develop himself musically into a versatile musician.

He has also made his mark as a composer. He composed, among other things, two large oratorios for choir, soloists, organ and orchestra ('Jesus on Earth' (2007) and 'Jozef' (2015)). These, and other works by him, were published by his own sheet music publisher, Con Passione.
