Christian choir association "Credo", Zeist
In the early fifties, on April 24, 1951, it was decided in Zeist to form a choir with an evangelizing character. Over the years, the choir has had its ups and downs and various conductors have presented themselves with the choir. In the past years, cooperation was provided for radio and TV recordings and various recordings. Up until now, there was no own product available.
In 1988, the choir underwent a "rejuvenation cure", in which our current conductor Jaap Jan Hunze was the great stimulator. By choosing a new repertoire and not losing sight of the Gospel, many new (younger) members came to strengthen us. Partly because of this, it was possible to give concerts with Berdien Stenberg and the famous singer Ivan Rebroff. We have now succeeded in offering you this CD in the context of our upcoming 40th anniversary. We wish you much listening pleasure.
