Gerjanne Kruithof-Wisse (1998) received music lessons on various instruments from an early age. After a while, she started giving flute lessons to children in the area.
In addition to playing instruments, singing has always had her attention. Gerjanne sang with various choirs and took singing lessons. During her studies at Driestar Educatief, she chose the subject of music and took part in the conducting course.
When the board of children's choir de Nachtegaaltjes asked her to be the conductor, she took the plunge. To this day, she does this with great enthusiasm. Under her leadership, the children's choir grew to 150 members and participated in several recordings ('In Bethlehem's stable' and 'Praise the Lord my soul').
