JAN ROUWENHORST
Jan Rouwenhorst, born on February 8, 1946, studied at the Conservatory in Utrecht. His teachers regarding clarinet study were Herman Braune, Bas de Jong and Aart Rozeboom.
In addition to studying clarinet, Jan also successfully completed his final exams in harmony and fanfare conducting at this conservatory. He is currently conductor of the U.N.I. harmony in Katwijk. In the past, Jan was part of the clarinet quartet XYLOS and the Dutch Reed Quartet.
