Lisette van Duijvenvoorde

More than 122 times played this month

Lisette van Duijvenvoorde-van der Stelt (1989) took private lessons from the age of 12 with an American violin teacher Mindy Angel. Since she was 13 years old (until now) she has been a member of the Christian ensemble Filomusica. In addition, Lisette was a temporary member of ensemble Intermezzo, then still led by Arjen Uitbeijerse. In addition to being a member of Filomusica, Lisette likes to play during projects such as Handel's The Messiah or by invitation in a smaller context (solo/duo or string quartet) Not only playing the violin but also singing plays an important role in Lisette's life. From an early age she has sung in various choirs, including with Lobet den Herrn from Bodegraven and with the Ars Musica (Young Women's Choir) foundation and she has taken singing lessons with Margreet Rietveld.
