At the age of 10, I began organ lessons with the local organ teacher in Opheusden, Mr. J. van Dam, where I took lessons for 4 years.
When I was 16, I went to the music school in Kesteren, where I received 4 years of lessons from Leo van Stempvoort, followed by 2 years of private lessons with Mr. Coen Luders.
Currently, I am the church organist at the Holy Communities in Opheusden and Kesteren, as well as the Reformed Church in Zetten, and I have been the regular accompanist at ‘Con Amore’ for about 37 years.
I have contributed to the recording of 8 CDs with ‘Con Amore’.
