Marilyne van der Maas was born on 23 December 2002. At the age of seven she received her first harp lessons at the Zeeland Music School. Marilyne is currently taking private lessons with Regina Ederveen. Marilyne also gives harp lessons with great passion. In 2020, Marilyne won the Young Interclassic Competition and released her debut album 'Heart for my Harp'.
Marilyne plays a professional large pedal harp. With the beautiful, warm and balanced sound of her harp, she knows how to perform a varied repertoire.
