Experiences: (Read the names of colleagues with or for whom I have worked at the bottom of the page)
As a regular double bass player I play in the choir accompaniment orchestra Philharmonia A'dam, women's Vintage jazz band Alice in Dixieland and world music ensembles Trimoza and Tripletov. I often work on various individual projects, classical, jazz or world music, also in the theatre.

As a teacher of jazz theory I was affiliated with the Schumann-akademie (training institute for the state music exam) for 2 years.
My compositions are mostly in modern classical music style, but I also compose and make many commissioned arrangements in a wide variety of styles (opera, chamber music, jazz, musical, chanson, tango, klezmer etc.). See for whom in references on the relevant page.
I am a member of Nieuw Geneco (Dutch classical composers) and BUMA (copyright organisation).
