The Zeeland Project Choir was founded in 2013. The conductor is Marien Stouten, accompanist on the piano is his brother Christiaan Stouten. The rehearsals are held on Tuesday and/or Thursday evenings in the Bethlehem Church in Scharendijke. The Zeeland Project Choir consists of enthusiastic singers.
The project choir has 2 projects per year: from mid-September to mid-December and from mid-January to April. Each project is linked to 1 execution. The repertoire is tailored to the theme of the project. Our performances are characterized by a sophisticated program in which the spoken and sung Word forms a whole. The singers rehearse at home and once every two weeks in the Bethlehem Church in Scharendijke.
